On July 5, 1944, during a battle against an encircled enemy force near the village of Minkovichi (Belarus), Corporal Lvova acted as a medical instructor on the front lines. Under intense artillery and machine-gun fire, she personally rescued and provided first aid to over 20 wounded soldiers, ensuring their survival.
On July 7, 1944, while assisting the wounded under fire at the Svistloch River, she was wounded herself but refused evacuation, continuing to carry out her duties until the battle ended.
For her exceptional bravery and dedication, she is deemed worthy of the Order of Glory, 3rd Class.
