At SovietSerials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide carefully researched and personalized information related to Soviet medals, based on the details you provide. Since all our products are digital in nature and delivered electronically via email, the following policy applies:
Digital Product Nature
All orders consist of digital research reports, document translations, or historical data files delivered via email. As such, there is no physical product to be returned, and delivery is considered complete once the files are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Refund Eligibility
While digital products are typically non-refundable due to their immediate and irrevocable nature, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your purchased product within the specified timeframe (usually within 5 business days after payment), and after verifying that the email was not delivered due to technical issues on our end, we will either resend the product or offer a full refund.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Product: If the research report you receive does not match the serial number or details you submitted, or if essential sections are missing, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to correct the error within a reasonable time frame, you may request a full or partial refund.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of Mind: Once research has begun and the final product has been delivered, refunds are not available for changes of mind or subjective dissatisfaction without specific objective errors.
- Incorrect Information Provided: If incomplete or incorrect medal serial numbers, names, or other research details are submitted, and research has been conducted based on that information, refunds are not available.
- Delayed Delivery due to Customer Error: If delivery delays result from issues such as incorrect email addresses or failure to check spam/junk folders, refunds will not be granted.
