Citation for the Award:
During his service in our regiment, Comrade Muryar demonstrated himself as a brave, determined, and exceptionally skilled reconnaissance scout.
During our army's offensive on the city of Olomouc (Czechoslovakia), he, along with his comrades, broke into the city's outskirts, drove the enemy out, and captured two enemy artillery guns.
For the capture of Olomouc, our regiment was awarded the 3rd Class Order of Suvorov.
For his courageous and fearless performance in combat, he deserves to be awarded the 3rd Class Order of Glory.
